A support from willing sponsors is always welcome as it ensures that we continue inspiring future leaders of Africa. It is even more humbling when the sponsors show a sincere interest to participate in academic and social lives of our learners.

On the 11 September 2012, one of our dedicated sponsors Epsilon AB visited one of our schools, Somfula High school for an interaction with the school community. The Epsilon AB was welcomed in our Hluhluwe office by Executive Director Mr S Mdaka, he also gave them an impressive presentation about the organisation.

After the morning visit at the office, the group of twelve participants moved onto the school. The Principal of the school gave the participants an overview of the school background and the relationship the school has with Star For Life. He also spoke about the current planning for the future with Star For Life. The school was part of the Star For Life, Life skills project from 2007 to 2009, the school will be part of the new proposed programme for model school.

The day proved to be valuable for both sponsors and the learners as they got the chance to discuss social challenges facing learners and their dreams. Learners also got a chance to play games with the sponsors.

Sports kits, calculators and other valuable learning instruments were donated by the sponsors. We are grateful to our sponsors and the school for hosting us.
