Programme Management
1. Area Managers for every region. Currently there are three (3) Area Managers for Gauteng, Kwa-Zulu Natal, and Namibia. Every geographical expansion requires an Area Manager.
2. Nurse and Social Worker for the Mobile Health Unit
3. Two Staff for the M&E Unit
4. Coaches. Currently there are Two coaches for Gauteng, Six Coaches for KZN and One for Namibia. Every additional coverage of schools requires coaches at a ratio of one coach to four schools.
5. Other Support functions – One logistics Manager, One Coordinator for HR and Partner Schools Project, Two Administration Staff.
